Free Shipping Policy (Continental United States only)

Home Health US Inc is proud to offer FREE Standard SHIPPING on all orders to addresses in the continental US with exception applies. Shipping methods are available for HI and AK addresses but there will be shipping charges. Currently Home Health US Inc doesn’t ship products to US Protectorates and APO/FPO address. 

Handling Time

Home Health US Inc has one day handling time policy. So, most items will be shipped within 1 business day after the payment is cleared. If the item can’t be shipped on time for special reason, we will contact the buyer. Most of the time the delay is caused by undeliverable address. 

NOTE: The number of shipping days in this policy does NOT include processing/handling time.

Shipment Methods

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse located in FL. The following table shows 3 tiers of the shipping methods offered and estimated shipping days after the package is sent out.

Standard Shipping	Ground Shipping USPS First-Class Mail, takes 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping	USPS Priority Shipping, takes 2-3 business days
Priority Shipping	UPS 2Day Air Shipping, takes 2 business days
